I became involved with Factor 10 when my daughter joined the club in 2002, and I started training in Taekwondo in 2005.  I have enjoyed working as a volunteer and more recently as an employee in an admin capacity.  In 2012 I became a recognised Poomsae judge.

Over the years I have watched many students start from white belt and grade to black belt.  I have seen students grow not just in age but also in confidence.  I have seen the wonderful mentors to my daughter grow up and start families of their own.  And I have seen the natural progression of the next generation of mentors.

I have seen students training week after week to reach their goals, and I have had the pleasure to have watched the making of champions.
