My son Alexavier started at Factor10 in 2010 when he was just 3 years old. I have always had an interest in Marital Arts and knew that my children would always be a part of it.

I have a Bachelor Degree in Psychology and understand how important the impact of Martial Arts is on young children and teenagers. I see the amazing teenagers at Factor10 and hope that my children grow up to have the same respect and happiness.

To me Factor10 is not just a Martial Arts school; it is like an ecosystem – growing confidence, discipline, respect, integrity, perseverance and friendships.

Photography has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I was always the one to have a camera on me where ever I went. Taking photos at Factor10 is one of the most enjoyable things I get to do; Yellow Jacket Tournaments and Halloween photo booths are my favourite.

My whole family is involved in Factor10 my son is a student of Junior Taekwondo and Martial Acrobatics and my daughter just started Little Legends. Factor10 is like our second home and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
