- Understand Practical self defence
- No Bullying Strategies
It is important that as parents and carers we teach our children to, whenever possible, avoid placing themselves in potential attack and abduction situations. It is also important to give our children the knowledge, confidence and skills to fend off an attacker – learning how to predict an attacker’s moves can mean the difference between an attack or an escape.
