Traditional weapons are taught in all Factor10™ traditional martial arts classes, with children learning Weapon Arts from age 4.  The traditional long stick is taught across all Foundation Programs for children, and enhances concentration, listening, self management and spacial awareness skills.

The Factor10™ Adult Hapkido classes provide for the Martial Arts enthusiast seeking an all round Martial Arts experience.  Traditional weapons taught at Factor10™ Martial Arts in the Adult Hapkido program include:
