Factor10 Martial Arts Strathpine is pleased to provide a wonderful opportunity for children from local schools to access FREE Martial Arts classes over the school holidays.
There are classes for the 4-6 year old age group, our “Little Legends” classes, and there are classes for 7-13 year olds, called our “Junior Martial Arts” classes.

About the Program
Mr and Mrs O, founders of Factor10 Martial Arts, are registered school teachers in Queensland and know the wonderful difference an experience in the martial arts can make to a child in developing academic, social and physical skills.
Factor10 Martial Arts empowers children with confidence and self esteem through age appropriate techniques that will help them recognise and avoid bullying, and if all other reasonable options have been exhausted, how to protect and defend themselves from serious physical harm.

What’s it About?
Over the coming June / July Winter school holidays Factor10 Martial Arts is offering a FREE school holidays program for children from local schools who have not done Martial Arts before. This is part of a promotion that Factor10 is running over the school holidays for children who may otherwise never have an opportunity to train in the martial arts. Some children do not get the opportunity to try a sport like martial arts for many reasons, for example, financial hardship, or because they just have never had the opportunity to have a go at Martial Arts.
This schools program is not for Factor10 members, however we are asking mums and dads to assist us by choosing classes from the following schedule over the coming school holiday period so that children from local schools may have an opportunity to try Martial Arts at Factor10.
Class Schedule Over The School Holidays
If you are a Little Legends or a Junior White or Yellow belt student, and if you normally attend the afternoon classes, please choose from the following:
Little Legends
Please come to the 4:00pm or 4:30pm class on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday. The 3:30 class is only for children trying martial arts for the first time over the school holidays. The Saturday Little Legends class is running as usual.
Junior White / Yellow Belts
Please come to the 4:30 class on Monday to Friday. This is a special opportunity to train with junior blue belt children and enjoy some blue belt intensity over the holidays. The 3:45 class is only for children trying martial arts for the first time over the school holidays. The Monday, Wednesday and Saturday Mixed Juniors classes are running as usual.
What Do I Have to Do?
Nothing, other than to please make sure that over the school holidays you do not come to the 3:30 or 3:45 classes – just choose classes after this time.
Can I Tell My Friends About This?
Yes you sure can. Tell them to go to the Factor10 website on www.factorten.com.au and they can register in one of the classes if there are still vacancies.
