It was great to spend some time with you last Thursday evening talking about Lifestyle things. I wanted to follow up with you to make sure you got a copy of the slide presentation and stayed up to date with all we’re doing in 2011 and beyond with the Factor10 Lifestyle program.

- Keep focusing on you. If something hit a nerve for you about action you need to take, don’t hesitate to start right now. Remember the L’s and E’s do have trouble taking long term action, but if you practice trying to do this then you are moving every day closer to being an I and possibly an F.
- Use the “LIFE” model. The “Life” model is a great day to day reminder to you that leading a healthy lifestyle is what you really want to do. It’s just that distractions take away from our ability to achieve our goals from time to time. Keep working hard to get ointo or stay in the I and F quadrants.
