The Factor10 Fun Factor seminar in Ground Grappling aims to teach members skills to protect themselves in a grappling situation in both stand up and ground positions. The skills learned will ensure participants are able to distance themselves correctly to be able to manage their aggressor taking themselves from a less to a more dominant position, and completing the exchange with one or more submission techniques. This seminar is a practical seminar for men, women, boys and girls aged 12 and over.
