The Academy Vacation Training Camp is proving to be popular with the Intensive Development Camp focusing on the two areas of technical and competition training. Places are limited with only 25 people per day being accepted … and places are filling fast. The Friday 6 program includes syllabus work preparation for pre grading and black belt development training. The Monday 9 program (pupil free day in schools) includes sparring drills and match play, poomse drills and mini competition, breaking and demonstration kicking.
