This instructor training seminar is a FREE seminar for all members, aged 12+ and blue belt or above, who would like to become a member of the Factor10 Leadership team teaching as an Assistant Instructor, Instructor or Group Leader.
This seminar is being delivered by members of the Factor10 Leadership team who are Group Leaders, people with vast experience in teaching and with unique interpersonal skills to be able to mentor our growing cohort of talented Instructors.
The unique role of our Instructors will become very evident in this seminar as they guide and support the rookies in the group, our Assistant Instructors.
